Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate or related field.
• 4-7+ years of experience in commercial real estate transaction management or related field.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions, lease structures, and market dynamics.
• Strong computer orientation & proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs/Sheets/Slides, etc.).
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable, strategic recommendations and deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, time management, organizational, written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be proactive & adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to interact with clients independently and professionally on a daily basis.
• Strong financial analysis skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience with real estate transaction management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support for the client’s real estate portfolio and all transactions, including lease renewals, new leases, acquisitions and dispositions.
• Manage all lease amendments, estoppels, landlord engagements, notices, and disputes.
• Track critical deadlines across the transaction lifecycle to ensure compliant, timely closure.
• Manage transaction paperwork and documentation, ensuring compliance requirements are met through closure.
• Liaise with brokers throughout the transaction process to support smooth, compliant and timely deal closure.
• Oversee flex office-related activities, such as workplace licenses.
• Conduct due diligence on the client’s M&A activity.
• Coordinate decommissioning and reinstatement activities with facilities management, IT/ET, design & construction, and operating companies.
• Manage smaller transactions independently, with oversight from the Transaction Manager or Account Lead on larger, more complex deals.
• Support Transaction Managers on more complex transactions and portfolio-wide initiatives.
• Prepare and present comprehensive transaction summaries, business cases and market overviews, including integration and coordination of real estate transaction terms, design and construction costs (capex), facility management costs (opex), IT/AV costs (capex and opex), and operating company financials/metrics.
