Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Transaction Analyst to support a major global client. This home-office based role requires leading analytical processes, building financial models, and delivering high-value transaction support across the client account.

You will interact with clients, tenants, brokers, and landlords, perform market analyses, and ensure accurate documentation. The role emphasizes independence, accuracy, and strategic guidance in lease and transaction optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related quantitative field.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Real estate brokerage or salesperson license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical support for Transaction Managers and Brokers in executing transactions for the client account.
• Manage operational and administrative processes and interface with clients, tenants, brokers and landlords.
• Create market analyses, financial models and strategic recommendations for transaction decisions.
• Ensure timely progress updates and flag obstacles to successful delivery.
• Oversee account commission forecasting and invoices; maintain data in the internal financial tracking system.
