Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Transaction Analyst to support a major client. This role is remote/home-office based with responsibilities spanning financial modeling, market analysis, and lease optimization.

You will engage with clients, tenants, brokers and landlords, guiding transactions and ensuring accuracy in all analyses. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of CRE analytics experience, strong MS Office skills, and a US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business/finance/economics/real estate or related field.
• Strong analytical abilities with financial modeling experience.
• Experience presenting findings to stakeholders is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical support for Transaction Managers and Brokers on large client accounts.
• Perform advanced financial analyses including NPV, IRR, and cash flow modeling.
• Conduct market research and evaluate lease options and strategies.
