Job summary

Trueline Talent represents a client in the Greater Providence area seeking a Senior Real Estate Title Processor and Closer. This hands-on role manages residential files from processing through closing, ensuring on-time closings and proactive issue resolution.

You will review title searches, prepare all closing documents, coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and attorneys, and help shape a growing title operation with long-term potential. Hybrid schedule; four days in office, one day remote.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of hands-on title processing and real estate closing experience.
• Experience within a title or settlement environment is preferred.
• Ability to independently manage multiple active files at different stages.
• Working knowledge of residential title, closing documents, lender requirements, and timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies before closing.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills and a proactive work style.
• Client-focused approach with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in the Greater Providence area four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential real estate files from opening through closing and post-closing.
• Review title searches, identify outstanding requirements, and resolve title issues.
• Prepare title commitments, settlement statements, closing documents, and final closing packages.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, real estate agents and other partners.
• Track deadlines, collect required documents, and keep transactions moving toward an on-time closing.
• Maintain accurate, organized electronic files and ensure all requirements are completed.
• Provide responsive, professional service to clients and referral partners.
• Take ownership of issues and follow them through resolution.
• Help improve workflows and establish efficient processes as the title operation grows.
• Support relationship-building through proactive communication.

Trueline's client, a growing real estate services company, is seeking a Senior Real Estate Title Processor and Closer to join its team in the Greater Providence area. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced title professional to manage residential files from processing through closing while helping shape a growing title operation with significant long-term potential.

What You'll Do as the Senior Real Estate Title Processor and Closer:

• Manage multiple residential real estate files from opening through closing and post-closing
• Review title searches, identify outstanding requirements, and help resolve title issues
• Prepare title commitments, settlement statements, closing documents, and final closing packages

Nice-to-Haves as the Senior Real Estate Title Processor and Closer:

• Experience using Qualia or a similar title and closing software platform
• Experience supporting Massachusetts or Rhode Island real estate transactions
• Familiarity with post-closing, policy preparation, disbursement, or escrow responsibilities
• Experience working in a small, growing title operation
• Existing relationships within the local real estate, lending, legal, or title community

• Base salary of $85,000 - $100,000 dependingon experience
