A fast-growing real estate organization is seeking an experienced title and closing professional to take ownership of residential transactions from contract through closing.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who moves quickly, solves problems early, and can independently manage files without constant direction.

Responsibilities

• Manage files from contract execution through title clearance, closing, and policy issuance
• Review agreements, title abstracts, and title commitments
• Resolve liens, judgments, mortgages, probate matters, municipal issues, and chain-of-title concerns
• Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers
• Manage payoffs, releases, estoppels, lender requirements, and closing documentation
• Prepare and review HUDs, Closing Disclosures, and title documents
• Ensure all figures reconcile and files are accurate and ready to close
• Provide proactive updates and keep transactions moving

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in title processing, real estate paralegal work, or closing coordination
• Strong knowledge of title review, title clearance, and residential real estate closings
• Experience independently managing files from opening through closing
• Experience reviewing title abstracts and resolving complex title issues
• Strong understanding of settlement statements, lender requirements, and closing documentation
• 3+ years of experience with land title analysis preferred
• 4+ years of relevant real estate, legal, title, or transaction experience preferred
