Job summary

Florida Title Center seeks an experienced closer and title processor to join our team in Florida. You will assist buyers and the title team to prepare and submit title applications, resolve issues, and produce a clear title.

Ideal candidates have title insurance or mortgage lending experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational and communication skills to interact with realtors, attorneys, and closing agents in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Future Opening: Closer and Title Processor specialist

Our company is rapidly growing, and we seek an experienced closer and processor to join our team. You will assist buyers and the title team in ensuring the title application is prepared and submitted correctly, and work with the team to resolve any issues or discrepancies to produce a clear title. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in title insurance, mortgage lending, or real estate transactions, with a keen eye for detail and outstanding research and customer service skills.

Candidates must be reliable, self-motivated, and have extreme attention to detail. Must have the ability to interact with realtors, attorneys, closing agents, and coordinators. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

Candidates must have good organizational and communication skills and must be able to multitask.

The processing program used is Qualia.

Salary is based on skills & experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year

Experience:

• Title Processing: 3 years (Required)
• License Notary in the State of Florida (Must)

License or certification:

• Licensed Title Agent (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)
