Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Management Consultant to oversee commercial and industrial real estate projects in the greater New Jersey area. This hybrid role requires occasional travel to client and project offices as dictated by project needs.

You will lead budgets, schedules, risk, and procurement, read complex contracts and drawings, coordinate with clients, and guide project teams through delivery and closeout while ensuring governance and documentation control.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related experience, preferably in commercial interior or industrial projects.
• Experience working with demanding clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple commercial and industrial projects.
• Read and apply agreements, leases, project charters, surveys and drawings to project delivery.
• Interface with clients to define requirements, prepare scope, budgets, schedules, and risk plans.
• Identify resources, conduct RFPs, bids, and implement change management as needed.
• Guide project teams, facilitate meetings, and ensure governance and documentation accuracy.
