Turner & Townsend in New York City is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage high-end commercial real estate renovations for a major financial services client. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the client’s NYC offices and quarterly travel to project sites.

You will lead budgeting, scheduling, procurement, risk and quality control across multiple projects, coordinating with clients and design/construction teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience with high-rise, high-end interior projects and demanding clients is strongly desired.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under pressure.
• Experience with commercial interior renovations or construction management is preferred.
• MS Office and MS Project proficiency; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead all facets of project management for multiple high-end renovation projects (budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk).
• Interface with clients to define requirements and prepare scope, budgets and milestones.
• Identify and manage resources, conduct bid analyses, and recommend vendors.
• Maintain project documentation governance and provide regular status reports.
