Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Project Manager to lead commercial real estate renovation programs in the greater New York City area. The role is hybrid, requiring three days onsite and quarterly site travel, with end-to-end responsibility from initiation to closeout.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience, strong MS Office/Project skills, and a proven ability to juggle multiple projects under pressure for demanding clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience with high-rise, high-end interior projects and demanding clients is strongly desired.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously and the ability to deliver under pressure.
• Commercial interior renovations project and/or construction management experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products including MS Project and other MS software.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple commercial, high-end renovation projects.
• Interpret and apply complex documents affecting real estate projects (contracts, leases, charters, drawings).
• Interface with clients to define requirements and prepare scope, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Identify resources, conduct RFQs, bid analysis, and recommend suppliers to clients.
• Lead project delivery teams and communicate status through meetings and minutes.
• Maintain project documentation governance and data integrity.
• Track progress against budgets and timelines; craft action plans as needed.
• Assess change requests and issue change orders; evaluate impact on scope, budget, and schedule.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
