Job summary

Turner & Townsend in New York City is seeking a Project Management Consultant to oversee and manage high-end commercial real estate projects. You will report to client offices or project sites as needed and lead the project from initiation through completion.

This onsite role requires coordinating with clients, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk while ensuring documentation integrity and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience in project management
• Experience with high-rise, high-end interior projects and demanding clients is strongly desired
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in varying stages and deliver under pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple commercial renovation projects
• Read and apply standard and sophisticated real estate documents (agreements, leases, charters)
• Interface with clients to define requirements and prepare scope, budgets, cash flow and milestones
• Identify delivery resources and conduct RFPs, bid analyses, and resource recommendations
• Lead project teams and provide guidance to achieve project goals
• Implement and manage project governance, documentation, and status reporting
