Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial real estate renovations for a premier Financial Services client in the greater New York City area. The role requires leading multi-disciplinary teams through planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout, with accountability for delivery.

This hybrid position requires reporting to client offices in NYC at least three days per week and travel quarterly to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience in commercial real estate or construction management.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects in varying stages and delivering under pressure.
• Experience with high-rise interior renovations and demanding clients is helpful.
• Strong MS Office and MS Project skills and ability to read complex documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead project budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk.
• Interface with clients to define requirements and scope.
• Coordinate resources, bid analysis, and contractor selection.
• Guide project teams to meet milestones and quality standards.
