Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Management Consultant to oversee high-end commercial real estate projects for clients in the Philadelphia area. The project manager will lead multiple CRE projects, managing budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk while coordinating with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience.
• Experience with high-rise, high-end interior projects and demanding clients.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects in varying stages.
• Commercial interior renovations/construction management experience.
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Project and related MS software.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple commercial renovation projects.
• Interpret and apply contracts, leases, charters and drawings.
• Interface with clients to define project requirements and cost/budget, schedule and milestones.
• Identify delivery resources and conduct RFPs and bid analyses.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
• Implement and manage project communications and meeting minutes.
• Track progress against budgets and timelines; craft corrective action plans.
• Implement change management to assess requests and secure approvals.
• Identify risks, run constructability reviews and develop mitigation plans.
• Demonstrate knowledge of projects within business results context.
• Other duties as assigned.
