Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Management Consultant to oversee and manage commercial real estate projects for clients in the Philadelphia area. The role is hybrid, requiring report to client offices or project sites as needed and alignment with project requirements.

The candidate will lead project delivery from initiation to closeout, coordinating scope, budgets, schedules, procurement, and quality control with client contacts and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience; prior work on high-rise, high-end interior projects preferred.
• Proven track record delivering multiple projects in varying stages under pressure or fast-paced environments.
• Ability to read and apply complex real estate documents, contracts, leases, and project charters.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, risk) for multiple high-end commercial renovation projects.
• Interface with clients to define project requirements and prepare scope of work, budgets, cash flow, and milestones.
• Manage resources, bid analysis, and selection of delivery teams; provide guidance to project staff.
• Implement communication plans, conduct project meetings, and maintain status reports and action items.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage change orders affecting scope and cost.
