Job summary

Ripple Fiber seeks a Senior Real Estate Partnership Manager to expand its network reach by securing access to real estate assets through strategic partnerships. You will manage relationships with property owners, developers, and management groups, focusing on ROE, bulk agreements, and EMA/NEMA to grow the footprint.

The role requires strong deal execution, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in real estate partnerships, telecom/fiber sales, or complex B2B sales environments.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing multi-stakeholder agreements.
• Experience with MDU, HOA, or commercial real estate ecosystems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with key decision makers across real estate portfolios.
• Drive growth by securing access agreements across multifamily and commercial properties.
• Lead end-to-end deal execution including ROE, bulk service, and EMA/NEMA agreements.
• Leverage market data to guide entry and expansion strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to transition deals from agreement to deployment.
• Educate partners on network capabilities and long-term value.
