Job summary

EisnerAmper’s Real Estate Tax practice seeks a Senior Manager to expand our client service for real estate private equity funds, public and private REITs, and family-office structures. This hybrid role offers flexibility across offices and a path to lead a high-performing, high-growth team.

You will oversee tax compliance engagements, lead partnership and REIT returns, mentor staff, and collaborate with partners to resolve complex issues and meet filing deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent designation is required.
• 10+ years of public accounting tax experience with focus on partnership tax.
• Experience with real estate partnerships or real estate investment funds is preferred.
• Experience with multi-state Partnership filings and K-1 reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee tax compliance engagements for real estate investment partnerships, REITs, and related entities.
• Lead the preparation and review of partnership, corporate, and REIT tax returns.
• Coordinate information from lower-tier partnerships, sponsors, and investment managers.
• Manage multi-tier partnership structures and K-1 reporting requirements.
• Review partnership agreements, investor allocations, and flow-through reporting matters.
• Collaborate with partners and client personnel to resolve technical tax issues and deadlines.
• Assist with federal and multi-state tax compliance across jurisdictions.
• Mentor staff and contribute to review and training efforts.
