Job summary

Moss Home Solutions’ Fast Track Title in Seekonk, MA is hiring for a full-time, high-performance role that drives every deal from contract execution to closing. You’ll own files, review title abstracts, resolve liens and title issues, and coordinate with agents, lenders, attorneys, buyers and sellers to keep closings on time.

This is an ownership role: you act with urgency, anticipate problems, and deliver clean, ready-to-close files as Fast Track scales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in title and closing coordination.
• Strong title review and closing process knowledge.
• Independent file handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own files from contract execution to closing.
• Coordinate with agents, lenders, attorneys, buyers and sellers to keep closings on track.
• Review title abstracts for structure, accuracy and risk and identify/resolve liens, judgments, mortgages and title issues.
• Prepare and review settlement statements and ensure numbers reconcile; deliver clean files ready to close.

The Mission

What You’ll Own

File Ownership

• Take control at contract execution
• Review agreements for structure, accuracy, and risk
• Open files and order title immediately
• Review title abstracts and prepare commitments
• Identify and resolve:
  • Liens, judgments, mortgages
  • Municipal violations
  • Chain of title issues
• Determine the fastest path to clear title
• Solve issues before they impact closing

Coordination

• Agents, lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers
• Payoffs, releases, estoppels, documentation
• Work directly with loan packages and lender requirements

Communication

• Act as the central hub across all parties
• What’s done
• What’s outstanding
• What’s next

Closing Prep & Accuracy

• Prepare and review:
  • Settlement statements (HUD/CD)
• Ensure all numbers reconcile
• Handle receipts, disbursements, and closing accuracy
• Deliver clean files ready to close
