Dunmor is seeking results-driven Loan Originators to join our rapid-growth direct lender team. This role focuses on originating loans for residential and multifamily real estate investors, with emphasis on strategic relationships and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record funding $3M+ in monthly origination volume across fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, SFR, and short-term bridge financing.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve $3M+ in monthly origination volume in fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, SFR, or short-term bridge financing.
• Customer-focused selling with tailored loan solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset for structuring deals and terms.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; CRM familiarity.
• Self-motivated and target-driven; entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience with a direct competitor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and build relationships with investors, brokers, and agents.
• Consistently hit or exceed monthly sales goals through lending opportunities.
• Negotiate loan terms and present customized financing solutions.
• Maintain a network of referral partners to generate high-quality leads.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting to ensure timely closings.
• Represent the company at industry events to build brand and funnel leads.
