Qualifications

• Proven ability to consistently achieve $3 million+ in monthly origination.
• Experience with fix-and-flip, construction, SFR, or bridge loans.
• Strong client-focused selling and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in financial analysis and deal structuring.
• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven selling.

Responsibilities

• Pursue new business by cultivating relationships with investors, brokers, and agents.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by identifying lending opportunities.
• Negotiate loan terms and craft customized financing solutions.
• Maintain a network of investors and referral partners for deal flow.
• Collaborate with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations for timely closings.
