Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Senior Loan Management professional to oversee a portfolio of commercial real estate loans. You will manage daily operations, ensure servicing requirements are met, and coordinate with clients, staff, and third parties to deliver accurate reporting and timely transactions.

The role demands strong analytical and communication skills, collaboration with senior leadership, and proficiency with core loan servicing tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance/accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of industry experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.
• Experience in commercial real estate loan servicing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily loan management operations and reporting.
• Ensure servicing requirements are executed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with clients, SAM staff, and third parties.
• Review and verify end-of-day work to prevent funding delays.
• Mentor junior staff and support process improvements.
