Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a qualified Loan Operations Analyst to support QC of loan boarding, servicing transfers, and ongoing loan maintenance for CRE portfolios, working closely with the Servicing team to deliver accurate, timely services.

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in CRE or related fields are required; 1–3 years in commercial real estate auditing or data analytics preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and strong written/personal communication, teamwork, and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; preferred fields: real estate, finance, accounting, or business.
• 5+ years of industry experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level.
• 1–3 years in commercial real estate, auditing, or data analytics preferred.
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate asset management is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills; detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documentation and QC boarding in the servicing system.
• Complete assignments for complex and/or priority clients.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding servicing of CRE loans.
• Assist with training and cross-training of team members.
• Support servicing transfers and ad-hoc reporting.
