Job summary

SitusAMC seeks an experienced Asset Manager to oversee client portfolios from acquisition through ongoing servicing, coordinating with servicers and internal teams to optimize performance. You will analyze data, drive asset strategies, and prepare reporting for clients.

The role requires senior-level real estate asset management experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in finance / mortgage banking.
• 8+ years of industry experience, AVP level or external equivalent.
• Mortgage / secondary market experience preferred.
• Commercial real estate asset management experience required.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage client portfolios as primary contact for portfolio management and servicing oversight.
• Coordinate servicing transfers and asset strategy with servicers and teams.
• Review performance, data, and remittance to ensure accuracy and identify issues.
• Develop portfolio campaign strategies and customized reporting.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and ensure quality across the Asset Management team.
• Communicate portfolio performance and trends to clients and management.
