SitusAMC is seeking a seasoned professional to manage complex, multifaceted tasks for servicing commercial real estate loan portfolios. You'll produce timely client deliverables, mentor junior staff, and ensure accuracy and compliance across all activities.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in the industry, an associates degree in accounting/finance/real estate or equivalent, and strong Excel skills. Travel may be required; a discretionary bonus may apply, with comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Formación

• 5+ years in industry or relevant experience.
• Associates degree in accounting, finance, real estate, business, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to learn new tasks and achieve goals with professional behavior.
• Some leadership experience with small groups is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel with multiple formulas and macros.
• Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Approve system generated reporting, queries and client deliverables for compliance and accuracy.
• Communicate with clients, brokers and internal teams regarding servicing of CRE loans.
• Proof transactions for premium processing in accordance with loan terms and servicing standards.
• Ensure adherence to policies and deliverables across clients and external parties.
• Generate/post data within the servicing system to reflect borrower obligations.
• Summarize research for inquiries from borrowers, lenders, audits and stakeholders.
• Design and build spreadsheet templates and financial models to analyze insurance and premiums.
• Identify provisions warranting exception processing and address accordingly.
• Collaborate with teammates and assist with special projects, including overtime if needed.
