Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced CRE Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of structured commercial real estate loans. You will monitor cash flows, rent rolls, market conditions and property valuations across nationwide loans and report to lenders and investors.

The role requires 5+ years in CRE, proficient underwriting, loan servicing and treasury knowledge, and the ability to lead and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRE or related experience, at Associate level or equivalent
• Proficiency with major property types (office, industrial, retail, multifamily)
• Knowledge of specialty property types (hotels and condominiums)
• Underwriting, loan servicing and treasury concepts in CRE

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of structured commercial real estate loans
• Monitor property-level cash flows, rent rolls, market trends and valuations
• Prepare and submit weekly portfolio updates and quarterly asset reports (QAR)
• Mentor and supervise direct reports
• Communicate with borrowers, lenders and sponsors as needed
