Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent
• 6+ years of industry experience; 1+ years in Senior Associate level or external equivalent
• Experience in commercial real estate and debt or equity asset management is preferred
• Proficiency with major CRE property types (office, industrial, retail, multifamily)
• Knowledge of underwriting, loan servicing and treasury practices; CRE calculations (IRR, NPV, DSCR, DY, NOI/NCF)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of highly structured commercial real estate loans and communicate with borrowers and lenders/investors
• Process borrower requests and consents
• Analyze property financials and report performance quarterly to lenders/investors via QAR
• Correspond with sponsors/borrowers on property-level concerns and capital projects
• Prepare and submit weekly loan portfolio updates highlighting issues and events
• Monitor loan-specific events and triggers
• Review and process construction draws
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
