Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Senior Associate to manage a portfolio of structured commercial real estate loans, including borrower communications and loan servicing. You will analyze property financials, generate quarterly asset reports, and monitor loan performance for a nationwide CRE portfolio.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in CRE or related fields, with strong proficiency in Excel and CRE fundamentals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience; Senior Associate level or external equivalent.
Experience in commercial real estate and debt or equity asset management preferred.
Proficient with CRE calculations and concepts (IRR, NPV, DSCR, NOI).

Responsibilities

Day to day management of assigned loans, including communication with borrowers and lenders/investors.
Processing of borrower requests and consents.
Analyze property financials and report property/loan performance to lenders/investors quarterly (QAR).
Correspond with sponsors/borrowers on property-level concerns (CAPEX, leasing, construction).
Prepare and submit weekly loan portfolio updates noting issues and events.
Monitor and report loan-specific events and triggers; review construction draws.
