Colliers International is seeking an accomplished Manager, Financial Analytics to lead multi-market financial modeling and analytics for occupier and brokerage clients. The role blends hands-on modeling with strategic leadership, shaping tools and processes that guide leasing decisions and portfolio optimization.

The position emphasizes development of sophisticated models, collaboration across markets, and progression toward team leadership within 12–24 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Accounting.
• 8+ years of real estate transaction modeling in a complex environment.
• Experience working with tenant representation brokerage teams; landlord representation preferred.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel with dynamic financial models.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience mentoring or managing financial professionals preferred.
• Familiarity with ProCalc or Argus is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analytics for multi-market occupier and broker client engagements.
• Design and develop customized financial models aligned with client KPIs and reporting.
• Translate client objectives into scalable analytics solutions.
• Establish standardized methodologies while accommodating client needs.
• Collaborate with leadership and transaction teams for seamless implementations.
• Build and maintain complex models evaluating real estate alternatives.
• Analyze occupancy costs, cash flows, and capital expenditures to support recommendations.
• Perform cash vs GAAP analyses and assess transaction structures.
