Job summary

Built, an AI-powered real estate platform, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to translate complex development and construction finance workflows into scalable software solutions. You will partner with Sales, Product & Engineering to drive evaluations, implementations, and long-term customer success.

Responsibilities include designing tailored demonstrations, building ROI models, and collaborating across Sales, Product, and Client Success to ensure successful evaluations and adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude to quickly understand and explain complex systems and workflows.
• Experience in sales engineering, pre-sales, or consultative SaaS roles (proptech experience preferred).
• Proven demo specialist able to tailor presentations to diverse audiences and decision-makers.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP platforms in real estate or construction environments (Yardi, Sage, QBO, MRI).
• Familiarity with construction management platforms (Procore, Sage Intacct/Construction, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Solid understanding of digital payments, draw processes, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in proptech or construction technology ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical evaluation phase of the sales cycle for owner and developer prospects from discovery through solution validation.
• Redesign complex real estate development workflows within Built’s platform in collaboration with Sales.
• Conduct detailed discovery on systems, pain points, integration, and data requirements.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations for executive, finance, and operational stakeholders.
• Support Client Success during implementation and post-go-live to resolve workflow, reporting, or integration challenges.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to assess configuration and integration needs and share client insights.
• Influence enhancements to reporting, monitoring, and controls for OGC use cases.
• Contribute to internal enablement through onboarding, training, and playbooks.
