Job summary

Enertiv is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives and Account Managers across the sales cycle, including technical discovery, demos, and proposals. You’ll leverage AI-first approaches to streamline workflows and tailor demonstrations to customer needs in commercial real estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, project delivery, or engineering services, ideally in hardware-enabled SaaS, IoT, energy management, or industrial tech environments.
• Strong command of project management tools, CRM dashboards, and data reporting platforms.
• Effective working style across executive leadership, sales, and operations, with ability to propose solutions in enterprise sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Own quoting and proposal generation: define what will be implemented, including modules, hardware quantities, and integrations.
• Lead RFP responses and other technical documentation when the company decides to respond.
• Maintain an effective working relationship with the operations team to refine pricing and reduce change orders.
• Automate processes while ensuring accurate outputs and maintain CRM hygiene and sharp internal/external communication.
• Forecast accurately and ensure real-time CRM logging of all quoting, proposal, and RFP activity.
