Qualifications

7+ years of corporate or commercial real estate, energy, land or infrastructure development experience.
Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, site control, contracts, valuation, due diligence, negotiations.

Responsibilities

Manage development project deliverables to ensure financeability and insurability.
Develop and execute real estate strategies and commercial positions based on project economics and risk.
Lead negotiations with landowners and counterparties to advance projects.
Optimize complex real estate transactions supporting corporate growth and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic analysis and decision support.
