Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience.

• Proficient with Windows and standard PM software.
• Strong collaboration and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project management plans, documentation, tracking systems, and resources.
• Coordinate complex initiatives across Corp Affairs and partners.
• Manage intake, routing, and planning of Corp Affairs requests.
• Ensure delivery of integrated communication solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate with internal partners, agencies, vendors, and freelancers.
• Build relationships with key business partners to involve Corp Affairs early in major projects.
• Capture lessons learned and measure effectiveness.
