Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, economics, energy, land management, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in corporate or commercial real estate, energy, land or infrastructure development with complex transactions.
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, site control, contracts, valuation, due diligence, negotiations, and related commercial considerations.

• Manage development project deliverables ensuring financeability and insurability are achieved.
• Develop and execute real estate strategies and commercial positions; lead negotiations with landowners and counterparties.
