PGIM Real Estate, the real estate arm of PGIM, is seeking a Senior Investment Associate to join the Northeast Originations team in Chicago. You will help originate multifamily and commercial real estate debt investments across various capital sources, guiding transactions through approval and closing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of CRE lending experience, strong quantitative and communication skills, and the ability to lead analysts while building internal and external

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending.
• Strong credit mindset with ability to review, structure and underwrite loans.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Loan Officers in origination and closing, including underwriting, debt structuring and pricing strategy.
• Prepare presentations and due diligence materials for Investment Committee/loan authorization.
• Oversee training and supervision of analysts and associates; mentor junior staff.
