PGIM Real Estate is seeking a Senior Director, Originations, to source and originate commercial real estate high yield debt investments, including mezzanine, bridge, and preferred equity. You will lead the loan origination process, analyze deals, structure financing, and close transactions, while partnering with regional teams to grow investments across the platform.

- 7+ years in CRE lending with high yield debt experience.
- Strong network of borrowers and intermediaries in high yield market.
- Excellent written and oral communication; detail oriented.
Responsabilidades
- Source and originate CRE high yield debt investments for investors.
- Manage all origination process: analysis, underwriting, structuring, pricing, due diligence, closing.
- Develop marketing strategy to generate high yield investments across the platform.
- Build relationships with borrowers and intermediaries to expand pipeline.
