PGIM Real Estate is seeking an Investment Associate for the Originations team in San Francisco. You will help facilitate multifamily and commercial real estate debt investments across PGIM’s capital sources, guiding transactions through approval and closing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in CRE lending, strong quantitative and communications skills, and leadership—along with proficiency in MS Office and Argus Enterprise.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of commercial real estate lending experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel occasionally and attend industry events.

Responsabilidades

• Assist loan origination and closing processes, including underwriting and debt structuring.
• Create presentations for senior management on pricing and loan authorization.
• Coordinate due diligence, term sheet negotiation, and Investment Committee materials.
• Support legal aspects of origination and closing and manage associated paperwork.
• Develop region knowledge and provide training oversight for analysts and associates.
• Maintain relationships with borrowers, intermediaries, and lenders.
