Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Senior Analyst of Real Estate Operations & Analytics to lead analytics initiatives for our Centralized Services team. The role focuses on driving operational excellence through data-driven insights and financial reporting, mentoring analysts, and collaborating across functions.

The ideal candidate will oversee KPI monitoring, develop Power BI dashboards (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata), and support strategic planning with robust analytics.

Qualifications

• Translate complex data into actionable insights and business strategies.
• Experience in multifamily housing analytics and property management operations.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on KPIs to evaluate departmental and portfolio performance.
• Conduct in-depth business analyses to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to analytics team members.
• Apply multifamily housing analytics to support property management strategies and improve tenant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with property teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and efficient operations.
• Lead the development and optimization of Power BI dashboards across multiple PMS systems.
• Manage the creation and delivery of financial and operational reports for stakeholders.
• Oversee implementation of pilot programs and analytics initiatives across platforms.
• Design and refine departmental procedures to enhance productivity and data integrity.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements.
