- Experience in real estate finance or public accounting is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or real estate is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analyses of development opportunities and build pro-forma models.
- Gather and analyze market data to identify potential development opportunities.
- Prepare development memoranda, reports, and market summaries for acquisitions.
- Lead due diligence and coordinate with brokers, partners, lenders, and Greystar leadership.
- Monitor progress of development transactions and manage timelines.
