Greystar is seeking a Development Financial Analyst to support execution of its development platform by performing financial analyses of opportunities and building pro-forma models for potential acquisitions. • Experience in real estate finance or public accounting is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or real estate is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analyses of development opportunities and build pro-forma models.
• Gather and analyze market data to identify potential development opportunities.
• Prepare development memoranda, reports, and market summaries for acquisitions.
• Lead due diligence and coordinate with brokers, partners, lenders, and Greystar leadership.
• Monitor progress of development transactions and manage timelines.
