Job summary
IREGC is seeking a Senior Real Estate Financial Data Analyst to lead business intelligence and analytics for a growing self-storage and real estate portfolio. You will design Power BI dashboards, model data, and partner with operations to optimize occupancy and revenue in a fast-paced, on-site role in York, PA.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in BI/finance analytics, advanced Excel, SQL, and experience with property-management platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or financial analysis.
- Expert Power BI with dashboards, DAX, and data modeling.
- Self-storage and revenue-management knowledge preferred.
- Advanced Excel; SQL and multi-source data integration experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain executive and property dashboards in Power BI.
- Analyze occupancy, pricing, promotions, and revenue performance across multiple sites.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
- Develop data pipelines and automate reporting to replace manual processes.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and IT to improve portfolio performance.
