Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Resource Center Manager to drive operational excellence across the property management portfolio by standardizing processes, implementing programs, and guiding centralized administrative operations.

You will collaborate with onsite leaders, real estate operators, and cross-functional teams to onboard communities to the Resource Center, monitor KPIs, and ensure superb customer and financial performance.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years in property management or related field.
• Experience managing multifamily properties, accounting, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement processes, tools, and policies to drive operational excellence.
• Onboard communities to the Resource Center and ensure platform adoption.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics; report and address variances.
• Collaborate with onsite leaders and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Provide training and support to ensure standardized operations.
