Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., real estate, finance, accounting, economics).
• 2–4 years of analytical and financial modeling experience; recent graduates with strong internship or real estate experience welcome.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex real estate development projects, asset portfolios, property operations, and comparable transactions using financial modeling.
• Conduct economic, demographic, and market research to support due diligence and feasibility analyses.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and support conclusions with clear analysis and evidence.
• Leverage JLL-approved AI tools to work more efficiently and validate outputs before use.
• Develop report outlines and contribute written and graphic content for client deliverables.
• Communicate results to internal teams and clients through documentation and presentations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal JLL teams and clients.
• Support business development through client proposals, pitches, and relationships.
