Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial excellence across its global commercial real estate platform. The role combines advanced financial modeling, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support critical business decisions shaping JLL's market leadership.

You will work with senior leadership on investment strategies, operational efficiency, and client solutions, leveraging AI and automation to enhance processes and scalability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 6 years of progressive financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills including complex financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for real estate investments and portfolio analysis.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sourcing and other teams to analyze metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead monthly/quarterly close processes including budget vs. actual analysis and forecasts.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to support client presentations and strategy.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance financial operations.
