Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial excellence across its global commercial real estate platform. You will build advanced financial models, prepare executive reports, and partner with cross-functional teams to influence investment decisions and operational efficiency.

You will lead financial close processes, conduct market research, and support strategic initiatives while communicating insights to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required.
• 6+ years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with complex modeling and formulas.
• Experience with financial software systems such as E-1, Bottomline, and PeopleSoft.
• Track record in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for real estate investments, acquisitions, and portfolio analyses.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sourcing, and other teams to analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including budget vs. actual analyses.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.
