Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Financial Analyst to drive financial excellence across our global real estate platform. You will develop sophisticated financial models, prepare reports, and collaborate with Operations to optimize performance, supporting strategic decisions and board-ready presentations.

You’ll lead monthly closes, forecast updates, and partner with senior leadership on client reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas; experience with financial software systems (E1, Corrigo, Azara, TM1)
• Proven track record in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within corporate finance or real estate environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting financial information to senior executives
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for portfolio analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with JLL standards
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analyses that inform strategic decision-making across business lines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations to analyze performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including budget vs. actual analysis and forecasting updates, including the use of TM1 software
• Partner with senior leadership to prepare board presentations, and client reporting packages
• Oversee and manage the small Capital Project work working directly with Project and Facility Managers
• Any other duties as required due to changing client requests.
