Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial excellence across its global real estate platform. The role combines advanced modeling, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to inform senior leadership decisions on investments, operations and client solutions.

You will work with senior leaders to prepare board and client reports, lead close processes, and mentor junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in finance/ accounting/ economics or related field.
• 4-6 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with financial modeling, pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Experience with financial software systems (E1, Corrigo, Azara, TM1).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for portfolio analysis and decisions.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analyses for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance and optimization opportunities.
• Lead monthly/quarterly close processes, budget vs. actual analyses and forecasting.
• Prepare board presentations and client reporting packages with senior leaders.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements in financial operations.
