Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a remote US-based role. You will build complex financial models for real estate investments, prepare executive-level reports, and partner with Operations and Sourcing to optimize performance across portfolios.

The role requires 6+ years in financial analysis, advanced Excel, and experience with real estate finance systems. MBA/CPA/CFA preferred with BI tool proficiency. Compensation ranges from $85k to $110k per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with complex modeling, pivot tables and formulas; experience with financial software systems (E-1, Bottomline, PeopleSoft).
• Proven track record in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within finance or real estate environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Champion AI and automation to improve processes and drive efficiency.
• Lead process documentation, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Drive accountability across onshore and offshore teams through delegation and training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for real estate investments, acquisitions, and portfolio analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including budgeting vs. actual analyses and forecasting updates.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support client presentations and strategic initiatives.
• Promote AI/automation to enhance processes and create scalable solutions.
• Oversee process development and governance with thorough documentation.
• Ensure accountability across onshore and offshore teams through delegation and coaching.
• Provide timely updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.
