Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial excellence within our global commercial real estate platform. You will develop and maintain advanced financial models for investments and portfolios, delivering strategic insights to leadership.

This remote role partners with cross-functional teams, leads monthly closes, forecasts, and dashboards, and supports senior executives with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in finance or real estate.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex modeling; experience with E-1, Bottomline, PeopleSoft.
• Proven track record in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior executives.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and promote AI-driven process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for real estate investments and portfolio analysis.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sourcing, and other teams to analyze performance metrics.
• Lead monthly and quarterly close, budget vs. actual analyses, and forecasting updates.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support client presentations.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
