This role requires collaboration with Operations, Sourcing, and other teams, leading monthly close and forecasting, and delivering actionable insights to optimize performance while promoting AI-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel with complex modeling, pivot tables and advanced formulas; experience with E-1, Bottomline and PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for real estate investments, acquisitions and portfolio analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including budget vs. actual analysis and forecasting updates.
• Conduct detailed market research and competitive analyses to support client presentations and internal initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
