You will work directly with senior leadership, preparing board reports, forecasting, and performance analyses while partnering with Operations to identify

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas; experience with financial software systems (E1, Corrigo, Azara, TM1).
• Proven track record in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within corporate finance or real estate environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting financial information to senior executives.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for portfolio analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with JLL standards.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analyses that inform strategic decision-making across business lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations to analyze performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including budget vs. actual analysis and forecasting updates, including the use of TM1 software.
• Partner with senior leadership to prepare board presentations and client reporting packages.
• Oversee and manage the small Capital Project work working directly with Project and Facility Managers.
• Any other duties as required due to changing client requests.
