Job summary

AlayaCare is seeking a Senior Managed Services Specialist with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and billing. This is a technical and consultative role within the Managed Services team, supporting both internal enablement and customer-facing consulting.

You will partner with the RCM product team, train customer-facing teams, and support customer implementations from an RCM perspective, helping clients establish and manage their billing and financial workflows in AlayaCare.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, accounting, or medical billing is preferred.
• At least four years in SaaS or related technical environments with managed services, RCM, or billing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Mavenlink, Confluence, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the RCM product team on new feature rollouts and provide feedback.
• Design and deliver training for customer-facing teams on RCM workflows and best practices.
• Develop and maintain best-practice RCM workflows and documentation.
• Advise on RCM configurations and act as an internal authority on processes.
• Collaborate with Support on escalations and feed root causes to product/process improvements.
• Mentor peers and share best practices within Managed Services.
• Support customer implementations from an RCM perspective, translating requirements into configuration recommendations.
• Assist in discovery sessions to understand billing requirements and validate configurations.
• Support testing and go-live readiness for RCM configurations.
• Help customers establish and manage billing and financial workflows in AlayaCare.
• Advise on RCM best practices tailored to payer environments.
• Independently manage standard to moderately complex escalations post-implementation.
• Analyze root causes and patterns to prevent recurring issues.
• Contribute to consultations for new managed service offerings to deliver client value.
