Job summary

AlayaCare is hiring a Senior Managed Services Specialist focused on Revenue Cycle Management. The role blends technical RCM work with customer-facing consulting, enabling internal teams and guiding customer implementations in billing and financial workflows.

You will train teams, optimize RCM processes, and resolve escalations while partnering with product and support to drive improvements. This remote role requires travel within the US/Canada and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS or a related technical environment with managed services.
• Four+ years in SaaS, with emphasis on RCM or billing.
• Finance, accounting, or medical billing background is a strong asset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Enable internal RCM training and share best practices.
• Design and deliver training for customer-facing teams on RCM workflows.
• Develop and maintain best-practice RCM workflows and docs.
• Advise peers, Support, and leadership on RCM processes and configuration.
• Support customer implementations from an RCM perspective.
• Analyze root causes to prevent recurring RCM issues.
