Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Senior RCM Associate to support billing and revenue cycle operations, resolving patient billing tickets, managing claim workflows, and building scalable RCM processes as we expand service lines and payer contracts.

This role collaborates with Clinical Ops, Payer Ops, Customer Experience, and Product teams to ensure a smooth payment experience for patients and providers. The position is full-time and remote, with an option to work from our NYC office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an operations role, bonus for revenue cycle, medical billing, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient-facing and internal billing questions, including denials, patient responsibility questions, and insurance coverage verifications.
• Process end-to-end claims through the clearinghouse and coordinate with stakeholders for a smooth billing experience.
• Suggest automation or new tools to streamline RCM workflows and maintain reliable execution.
• Support ad-hoc RCM projects, including payer-specific billing efforts and new service line expansions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for RCM workflows and flag gaps for improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to test AI-powered billing tools and provide feedback.
